Connections: the foundation for ME Elecmetal's global management

Under the conviction that an offer of comprehensive solutions with sustainability standards are key aspects in the choice of mining clients, ME Elecmetal has made trust relationships with different stakeholders one of its fundamental premises.

As an example, in the case of South America, when talking with clients about circularity, there are different options to manage materials: from hiring a small company, about which little is known regarding the actual management of such waste and increasing the risks of exposing the principal to reputational jeopardy, to working with ME Elecmetal, a large and formal company that within its comprehensive solutions integrates a circularity line for components.

In the case of North America, another example is that thanks to the links, Elecmetal can supply its production process with 70% recycled materials, thus easing waste management for clients.

With short-term relationships or integrating new mining suppliers for each problem encountered.

Likewise, they can resolve it with sporadic dialogues.

Being a strategic ally means having and living an open-door policy; understanding the client’s business and developing solutions jointly. Thus, ME Elecmetal has set out to advance those links that create value both with its clients and its suppliers.

One of ME Elecmetal’s characteristics is that it is a supplier with a solid reputation that delivers on its promises with excellence. In fact, according to SS Index, 94% of Elecmetal’s clients “trust that the company’s products and/or services will meet their needs.” Likewise, regarding quality, 93% of surveyed clients agreed that “Elecmetal delivers high-quality service and/or products that meet their needs,” surpassing the average of evaluated companies of 69% and 82%.

– Trust relationships

– Open-door policies

– Business understanding

– Long-standing relationship

– Joint solution seeking

– Commercial maturity

– Understanding of their needs beyond internal processes.

Today customers come to Elecmetal seeking a partner: someone who supports them in their challenges, where they don’t have enough hands, but where their reputation is at stake. They see Elecmetal as a player that delivers solutions where they have problems.

Having links that provide sustainable solutions over time. As an example, currently all proposals for clients in South America integrate the circularity line, as the reality that the mining industry is experiencing today is understood and solutions are sought, for example in Chile.
