The delivery of these materials is crucial for the school development stage and fosters spaces of protection and shelter, encouraging retention in reintegration programs and reducing school dropout.
In a constant commitment to Sustainability and always dedicated to our community, our company has sought to support vulnerable children and youth in the Sixth Region through the PIE ACJ 24 Horas 1 and 2 program.
The program, belonging to the Social Development Corporation of the Young Men’s Christian Association, is aimed at children and adolescents who have experienced rights violations in their life histories, especially those associated with abuse, neglect and abandonment, violent family dynamics and/or where violence is normalized, transgressive behaviors, low academic performance and/or school dropout, and substance use, among others.
Within this framework, our company donated 50 school supply kits and backpacks, which were received with hope by the children themselves: the delivery of these materials is crucial for the school development stage and fosters spaces of protection and shelter, encouraging retention in reintegration programs and reducing school dropout.
The General Manager of the Social Development Corporation, Mr. Jaime Vilches González, gave extensive recognition to our company, the work team, and the children, adolescents, and their families, highlighting, in addition, the altruistic action of the company.
