Features
The cameras detect pulp leaks from the shell bolt, with the ability to detect temperature changes. The system alerts in real time as soon as it detects stain patterns and temperature changes, and also offers optional reporting of mill temperature curve profiles.
Operation
Cameras are installed facing the mill, Gateways receive the information from the cameras to later be processed through a cloud platform. A fully intuitive interface that allows understanding where the event is occurring, generating alerts to the maintenance team for timely incident review.
