It will be the Client’s obligation to request in writing from ME Elecmetal the modification or deletion of its users. ME Elecmetal will not be responsible for any damages resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.

ME Elecmetal owns all intellectual and industrial property rights regarding the elements made available by it or generated through the platform, as well as any industrial or intellectual property derived from them or their use or exploitation, without limitation. This includes, but is not limited to, all intellectual works contained in documents, reports, recordings, images, photographs, reports, digital files, among many others, as well as information and data generated through the platform.
