Training in AI to Transform the Future

At ME Elecmetal, we continue to advance decisively on our path toward digital transformation and continuous innovation, two fundamental pillars that guide our corporate strategy and reflect our ongoing commitment to technological progress, operational efficiency, and the comprehensive development of our people. Within this framework, and as an essential part of our 2025 strategic challenges, we have taken decisive steps to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the very heart of our organizational culture.

This process is not limited to the simple adoption of technological tools; it represents a true cultural shift, aiming for employees to understand, value, and utilize the potential of AI in their daily work. With this purpose, we have designed and implemented a comprehensive Artificial Intelligence training program, aimed at strengthening the capabilities of our teams, broadening their vision of the future of work, and leveraging the opportunities this technology offers to optimize processes, foster creativity, boost efficiency, and improve decision-making at all levels of the organization.

This training program, implemented with the support of the consulting firm Adapki, was developed in a structured and progressive manner, covering four levels of the organization. In total, nearly 240 employees participated, including executives, area leaders, and early adopters, the latter being employees naturally interested in exploring AI’s potential and discovering how it can be practically integrated into their daily tasks.

The program design included differentiated training according to the level of experience and responsibilities of each group. For executives, the focus was on providing a strategic and practical vision of how to integrate Artificial Intelligence into key business processes so that it becomes a tool supporting more informed, agile, sustainable, and data-driven decision-making. For leaders and technical teams, the sessions included concrete examples and real use cases, both from within the company and other organizations, which tangibly demonstrated how AI is already helping to simplify tasks, accelerate response times, and increase productivity.

For the early adopter employees, the focus was on sparking curiosity and providing initial tools for experimentation and responsible adoption of this technology. Participants were able to learn about accessible AI applications, understand how it works, and, above all, identify concrete improvement opportunities in their own work environment.

The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into our corporate culture is not conceived as an isolated goal but as a gradual, people-centered process. At ME Elecmetal, we firmly believe that technology makes sense when it serves the talent of our employees. Therefore, our approach is based on ethical principles of use, support, and adoption, ensuring that every step toward digitalization is understood, shared, and sustained throughout the organization.

By adopting AI strategically, ME Elecmetal strengthens its collaborative relationship with clients, aligning with their own goals of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. This path will enable us to offer responses better suited to our clients’ needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Together, all this will translate into a more agile, transparent, and consistent client experience, with better-informed decisions and a significant reduction in operational risks.

With this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to excellence, innovation, and people development, consolidating Artificial Intelligence not as a substitute for human talent but as a technology that amplifies our capabilities and enhances our organization’s competitiveness. In this way, AI becomes a strategic ally that drives sustainable growth and the creation of shared value for all who trust us: clients, employees, suppliers, and communities. This effort is part of a long-term strategic vision that seeks to establish the conversation about the use and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence among all employees, promoting an environment of continuous learning, collaboration, and openness to change. Our goal is for AI to cease being seen as a tool of the future and become an everyday reality, naturally integrated into our processes, projects, and decisions.

Training is a strategic priority and an accelerator for AI adoption. In this cycle, we reached more than 200 people and accumulated 1,342 hours of effective training. With this momentum, each employee turns what they have learned into decisions, and each team awakens the drive to implement concrete improvements. We will continue to invest in training and expand role-based learning paths to sustain AI adoption as a competitive advantage.

The program activities were driven at ME Elecmetal South America, with the support of Adapki, successfully involving representatives from various company areas who, acting as internal ambassadors, played a fundamental role in motivating, disseminating, and supporting the implementation of this training plan. Their participation was key to generating a learning community, promoting the adoption of new practices, and ensuring that the acquired knowledge multiplies within the organization.

This program represents a significant step in ME Elecmetal’s digital evolution, reaffirming our purpose to be an innovative, sustainable, and people-centered company. The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into our culture not only drives efficiency and competitiveness but also reinforces a clear message: at ME Elecmetal, we believe in the power of technology when combined with the talent of people to build a smarter, more collaborative future full of opportunities.
