Reduce the vulnerability of employees and their families, thereby promoting an improved quality of life
To achieve this, we implement a set of actions that integrate benefits and services aimed at both individual and family development.
We start with a diagnosis that, through the collection of quantitative and qualitative information (covering 367 employees), allowed us to characterize workers in terms of their economic and subjective well-being, and based on these conclusions, we developed a comprehensive support program.
Some of the topics addressed with participants include communication, trust, learning to set boundaries, and support during difficult processes, under the personal development axis. In family matters, some of the courses covered are couple relationships, parenting skills, and relationships with children, among others.

“Along the way in the same process, I started to notice things I hadn’t seen before. Those things I didn’t see were the ones causing me high levels of stress, and until that moment, I had normalized them within my daily family life.”
In 2022, with this program, we reached 120 employees.
Additionally, we included a satisfaction survey, which in its first edition measured perception and levels of agreement across different dimensions. The average score was 6.7 for the entire program, on a scale from 1 to 7.
Furthermore, 94% of participants stated they would recommend the program.
The program is a joint effort with Fundación Arturo López Pérez (FALP)
