Can you introduce yourself and explain your role in the company?
I am originally from Jiangsu province, on the east coast of China, just north of Shanghai. My name is Christina and I grew up in a dynamic and industrial region, playing a key role in the country's foreign trade, which sparked in me, from a very young age, a great interest in international business.
I studied at Changzhou University, a strategic city due to its economic development and also because it is home to ME Elecmetal China, the company where I now have the privilege to play a fundamental role.
I am married and a mother of one child. In my free time, I like to lead an active and healthy lifestyle: I enjoy running and regularly go to the gym, which helps me maintain balance between my professional and personal life.
I have over 25 years of experience in international trade, specializing in imports and exports. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the entire logistics process, from coordinating shipments to complying with customs regulations, which has given me a very comprehensive view of the business.
I currently work as an import and export specialist at ME Elecmetal China. My role is strategic: I coordinate logistics processes and manage product shipments to various destinations, ensuring they arrive on time and with the quality that distinguishes us. In this role, I constantly interact with clients, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Therefore, in addition to technical knowledge, it is key to have communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
I am convinced that my work directly contributes to the company’s operational success. My role allows me to ensure efficient communication, something fundamental to meeting delivery objectives and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. My attention to detail, logistical precision, and commitment to service make my work have a tangible impact on ME Elecmetal’s results.

I have been part of ME Elecmetal for more than a decade, a company I feel like a big family, thanks to the close and respectful environment we share among colleagues.

From a logistics perspective, I ensure smooth operations and timely cargo transport. As a result, the team’s cargo volume has grown from less than 2,000 tons in 2013 to more than 17,000 tons today.
How does your team contribute to solving challenges in the mining industry?
My team is constantly improving product quality and on-time delivery rates. Additionally, it provides possible scenarios and timely logistical solutions based on national and international conditions.
What excites you most about the future of ME Elecmetal?
I firmly believe in the company’s growth potential, both organizationally and regarding my own professional development. I dream of building a long-term career here. I am excited to think about how the company’s results can continue to improve and how that could also translate into the well-being and income of everyone who is part of this big family.
